Acceptance of Terms
By using the "Saudi Naseeb" ("سعودي نصيب") platform (referred to as the "Platform" or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are published means that you accept them.
Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must meet the following conditions: • You are 18 years of age or older. • You are eligible for marriage under Islamic law and applicable law. • Your intention to search for a life partner is sincere. • You do not have another banned or suspended account on the Platform. • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account that violates the eligibility conditions at any time.
Account Creation
When creating an account on the Platform: • You must provide true, accurate, and current information. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • You may not create more than one account. • You may not use another person’s account or allow others to use your account. • You are responsible for all activities that take place through your account.
Acceptable Conduct
As a member of the Platform, you agree to observe Islamic etiquette and undertake not to do any of the following: • Posting false or misleading information on your profile. • Harassing, abusing, or threatening any other member. • Sending inappropriate content or content that violates public decency. • Using the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. • Impersonating another person or presenting yourself falsely. • Collecting other members’ data or using it for commercial purposes. • Sending spam or advertising messages. • Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems. • Requesting or sending money from or to other members through the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these rules immediately and without prior notice.
Content
Regarding the content you post on the Platform: • You are the sole owner of the content you post (photos, text, information). • By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Platform’s services. • Content must be appropriate and must not violate public decency or applicable regulations. • We reserve the right to remove any content we consider in violation without prior notice. • Photos must be real, recent, and free of inappropriate content. • You may not post photos of other people without their consent.
Subscriptions and Payments
Regarding paid subscriptions: • Package prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal and include Value Added Tax (where applicable). • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected subscription period. • Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings. • Payments are refunded only within 24 hours of subscribing and before using any paid feature. • We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice to you before any renewal. • Discount codes have specific terms and cannot be combined.
Termination
Your account may be terminated in one of the following ways: • By you: you can delete your account at any time from Settings. • By us: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the terms are violated. When the account is terminated: • Your profile is removed from search results immediately. • When account deletion is requested, profile data, photos, messages, and verification data are deleted, and the account cannot be restored. • We may retain limited financial or safety records where required by law, without keeping a usable account. • No remaining subscription fees can be refunded when termination is due to a violation. • Some data remains stored for legal purposes in accordance with applicable regulations.
Disclaimer
• The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. • We do not guarantee specific results from using the Platform or finding a suitable partner. • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from dealings between members outside the Platform. • We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by other members. • You are solely responsible for your personal decisions related to getting acquainted and to marriage. • We do our best to verify identities, but we cannot guarantee this absolutely. • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Governing Law
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • All disputes arising from the use of the Platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • The Platform operates in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia in all its services and features. • In the event of any conflict between any provision and the provisions of Islamic Sharia, the provisions of Sharia shall prevail.
