We take the safety of children and minors seriously and are fully committed to the following: • Child protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • The child safety standards of Google Play Store and Apple App Store. • International best practices for protecting minors on digital platforms. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that targets minors or exposes them to danger.
Age Verification
We apply strict procedures to verify user ages: • At registration: a date of birth must be entered, and anyone under 18 is automatically rejected. • ID verification: the four-level verification system includes national ID verification, which confirms age. • Manual review: our team manually reviews suspected accounts. • Immediate ban: any account found to belong to a minor is banned immediately and its data is deleted.
Content Moderation
We apply several layers of content moderation to protect our community: • Automatic filtering: inappropriate content and abusive messages are filtered automatically. • Photo review: profile photos are reviewed to ensure they are appropriate. • Instant reporting: a report button is available on every page and conversation. • Rapid response: we review all reports within a maximum of 24 hours. • Moderation team: a dedicated team reviews reported content.
Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited on our platform: • Any content that depicts or exploits minors in any way. • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form. • Any attempt to contact or groom minors. • Posting photos of children on their own (without their parents). • Any discussion or promotion of unlawful relationships with minors. • Any violent or harmful content targeting children. Violators are banned immediately and permanently, and we may report them to the competent authorities.
Reporting Concerns
If you notice any content or behavior that raises concern about child safety: 1. Use the "Report" button in the app and choose "Content involving a minor". 2. Or contact the support team directly. • We treat child safety reports with the utmost priority. • These reports are reviewed immediately (usually within hours). • We cooperate with the competent security authorities when necessary. • All reports are fully confidential.
Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with government and security authorities: • We immediately report any content related to child exploitation to the competent authorities. • We retain the data necessary for legal investigations. • We cooperate with the Ministry of Interior and the Human Rights Commission when needed. • We comply with all court orders and official requests.
Training and Updates
• Our team receives regular training on child safety policies. • We review our policies and procedures periodically (at least every 6 months). • We follow updates to Saudi and international child protection laws. • We continuously invest in detection and protection technologies.
