Is Misyar Marriage Common in Oman?

I am Saudi, and it is much more common where I live. In my view, misyar requires awareness and maturity because women often carry the emotional cost, even when their legal rights are protected.

It exists, but people do not talk about it as openly as they do in Saudi Arabia. Omanis tend to be more reserved about the subject.
