People around me keep saying I should have married earlier or that my time has passed. I am a woman with a career and a good life, but I genuinely want to marry. Is finding a spouse really that difficult at 38, or are people exaggerating?

The real challenge is not your age; it is that the pool may be smaller while you are clearer about what you want. If you approach it well, that clarity is actually an advantage.
