My engagement ended after a year and a half. I now feel embarrassed about approaching any matchmaker and beginning the marriage search again.

Two of my engagements ended before I eventually married. Praise be to God for everything as it is now. This embarrassment is temporary and does not deserve to stop you.

A broken engagement is not the end of the world. Many women have gone through it and later made far better marriages. The embarrassment fades with time.
